Built for Harley-Davidson Softail models from 1999–2006. These are Famous Performance Mid Controls for builds where stock position, stock feel and stock limits just don’t cut it.
A performance-focused Mid Control position, CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum, stainless hardware and an integrated ISR master cylinder — built around bikes that actually get ridden.

The 1999–2006 Softail setup has specific requirements for the clutch, primary and exhaust. Check these points before ordering.
Know Your Setup.
These Mid Controls are designed for use with a hydraulic clutch.
Bikes using a cable clutch require the separate Famous Cable Clutch Set.
Primary requirement: Enclosed primary drive with a removable inspection cover.
Check Your Pipe Routing.
Exhaust clearance depends on the exhaust system and the individual bike configuration.
Performance and custom exhaust systems must provide sufficient clearance around the Mid Control assemblies. Non-standard pipe routing must be checked before installation.
No universal exhaust compatibility is implied.

Set It Up.
Go Ride.
Designed for installation with an enclosed primary featuring a removable inspection cover.
Professional installation is recommended. Verify clutch operation, control movement, brake operation, fasteners and clearance to the exhaust and surrounding components before riding.
Recheck all fasteners and control operation after the first 50 miles / 80 km.

Germany / European Union: This product is supplied without TÜV approval, ABE or EC/EU type approval. It is not approved by Famous Fabricator for use on public roads unless the legally required individual approval or other authorization has been obtained.
